Shipping Policy
At Pachchaelai, all orders are shipped from our warehouse in Chennai by top-tier logistics service provider.
Deliveries will be attempted between 10.00AM – 6.00PM Monday to Saturday (Except for Public Holidays and Sunday).
Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there, please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc to sign for your delivery. However, PachchaElai takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
Domestic Orders
All domestic orders are processed within 24hours and shipped from Monday to Saturday (Except for Public Holidays and Sunday).
Domestic orders can be expected within 3-5 business days.
We offer free domestic shipping for orders above ₹350.
A Flat ₹40 delivery charge is applied for orders below ₹350.
