If any product you have received is in damaged condition, please reach out to us within 48hours of order delivery with relevant pictures and unboxing videos to address your concern at the earliest.

Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are in their original packaging in a saleable condition without any damage.
Exchange of product due to reasons including personal dislike of the product; dislike of the fragrance; dislike of colour that cannot be backed by proof of quality issues with the product itself is not applicable
For exchanges that are approved, a reverse pick-up of the product will be arranged and the exchange order will be processed within 24hrs of product received by our warehouse team.
In the case of a product refund, once your request is approved the refund will reflect in your account within 10-15 days and you will be sent an email confirming the same.
