At 100Herbals, all orders are shipped from our warehouse in Chennai by top-tier logistics service provider.
Deliveries will be attempted between 10.00AM - 6.00PM Monday to Saturday (Except for Public Holidays and Sunday).
Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there, please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc to sign for your delivery. However, 100Herbals takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
All domestic orders are processed within 24hours and shipped from Monday to Saturday (Except for Public Holidays and Sunday).
Domestic orders can be expected within 3-5 business days.
We offer free domestic shipping for orders above ₹1000.
A Flat ₹50 is applied for orders below ₹1000.

We offer free international shipping for orders above ₹13000.
A Flat ₹600 is applied for orders below ₹13000.
The brand will only be responsible for compliance with export and customs laws of the country where the products are being shipped from. The customer must ensure compliance with import and customs laws of the country they are having the products shipped to.
100Herbals will fulfil the international orders from its end. However, your shipment might be subjected to Customs Duty Charge / Import Duty / VAT / Other applicable government taxes/Convenience charges, etc. on arrival in the destination country, if the number of products ordered is not permissible by their country.
Shipping charges in your invoice does not include these duty/charges/taxes. These charges will be shared by delivery executive at the time of delivery and to be paid by the customer.
100Herbals is not liable to pay these duty/charges/taxes.
In the event of customer refusing to pay these charges, or the order does not get cleared by the destination country for any reason whatsoever, the brand will deduct the return shipping cost and return duties and any other charges that was incurred by the brand while processing the refund request.
